Content : 28 item questionnaire designed to measure specific areas of sexual functioning.

GRISS-M for males, and GRISS-F for females.

It includes questions pertaining to specific sexual dysfunctions (i.e., erectile disorder, anorgasmia) as well as subscales measuring sexual satisfaction and communication.

Author : Rust J, 1985

Note : The GRISS is provided by the publishers in self-scoring carbon-backed form with a detachable confidential sheet for scoring and drawing the profile.

For the two main scales and subscales, there are equal numbers of positive and negative items. When these have been reversed, as appropriate, and scored, each scale and subscale must be standardised. This rather complex operation is made simple by the structured procedure of the scoring sheet and should take about 3 minutes per GRISS.

May be purchased from : The Psychometrics Centre. Cambridge Judge Business School.

Without the purchased scoring sheets, the questions serve only as an unmetered survey of sexual satisfaction.
